Before you call...

You can save yourself time if you assemble pertinent information before talking with a rep. These items will help your Business Analyst pinpoint the problem quickly and get you back to being a solution superstar: 

  • A Debug URL.

    A Debug URL can greatly reduces the time to troubleshoot and can often eliminate the need to have a 30-minute screenshare call. [show me how]

  • A copy of the text in the Composer button URL / Conductor formula field.

  • A copy of the View Data Workbook (.xls format). [show me how]

  • A copy of any templates, both blank and with output, if applicable.

  • Screenshots of any error messages.

Additionally, if the user reporting the issue is not a System Admin, then the System Admin must be able to log in as the user in order to see and duplicate the problem.
